Answer: (2) Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Ladakh

  1. Chhattisgarh was formed in November 2000, Telangana in 2014, and Ladakh became a Union Territory in 2019.
  2. Every other option has at least one old unit: Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Sikkim, Puducherry, Arunachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir date from much earlier.
