R : with the selection of another player

S : the team now has

  1. (a) QPRS
  2. (b) SQRP
  3. (c) RQSPCorrect answer
  4. (d) RPSQ

Solution.

Answer: (c) RQSP

  1. The best sequence is: With the selection of another player to the new team, the team now has two bowlers and two batsmen respectively.
  2. R–Q forms the introductory phrase and S–P the main clause, so RQSP.
  3. Respectively is unnecessary in this sentence, but does not change the ordering.
