  3. (3) Zir ṭantir te chu abstract concept hian a tiphur.
  4. (4) Zir ṭantir te chuan abstract concept an tih te hi an hrethiam.

Solution.

CBSE answer: (1)

Answer: (1) Zir ṭantir te chuan abstract concept te hi hritthiam hansa an ti.

  1. Young beginners think in concrete terms: they learn through things they can see, touch and do.
  2. Abstract ideas are hard for them until they reach a later stage of thinking (Piaget).
  3. So saying they understand abstract concepts fully (4), partly (2), or are motivated by them (3) does not fit.

Trap: (2) sounds moderate, but the standard view is that abstract ideas are difficult for young learners.
