  2. (2) 6
  3. (3) 9

Solution.

CBSE answer: (4)

Answer: (4) 8

  1. Volume of one box =12×10×7=840= 12 \times 10 \times 7 = 840 cm³, so it holds 840 centimetre cubes.
  2. The cubes fit exactly since 12, 10 and 7 are whole numbers of cm.
  3. Boxes needed =6720÷840=8= 6720 \div 840 = 8.
