Solution.

  1. X-rays have wavelengths from about 0.01 nm to 10 nm.
  2. 1 nm is well inside that range; 100 nm and 300 nm are ultraviolet.

Trap: 10 nm sits at the boundary between X-rays and ultraviolet, so it is not a safe choice.
