  1. India ratified the ILO Employment Policy Convention, 1964 (No. 122) in 1998 and the Abolition of Forced Labour Convention, 1957 (No. 105) in 2000.
  2. India has not ratified the 1990 UN Convention on the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families or the 1961 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness.
  3. India ratified the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 in 1950 (it has not ratified the 1977 Additional Protocols), so the unratified set is 3 and 5, which no option prints.
