Answer: (a) 1, 2, 3 and 4

  1. All four subjects fall within the Ministry of Defence’s allocated business.
  2. This includes the Territorial Army, naval hydrographic surveys and charts, NCC, and the Coast Guard.
  3. They need not all belong to the same department within the Ministry.
