  2. Non-verbal conduct of sexual nature

  3. Physical conduct of sexual nature

Solution.

Answer: (c) 1, 2 and 3

  1. All three forms can fall within the Act’s definition when the sexual conduct is unwelcome.
  2. Section 2(n) includes sexually coloured remarks and other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal sexual conduct.
  3. The crucial qualification “unwelcome” should not be dropped when applying the rule.
